Our wines

Our wines are worked in such a way as to bring out our terroir, while respecting the Sancerre tradition.

In order to obtain these results, we age our wines using multiple techniques such as racking wines according to the moons.

In  Indeed, our cuvée L'Essentiel is worked and left as close as possible to its natural state. Its clarity  is obtained thanks to this biodynamic aging.

In addition to  these innovative techniques, we want to transcribe the history of our family in our wines.  The cuvée Grand Picot is therefore worked in the manner of the founder of Domaine de la Rossignole, Maurice Cherrier.
