Fruity de Loire, with character!

Pretty intense ruby red color, with a dominated expressive nose with notes of red fruits (raspberry ...) with a floral finish (violet) ... The attack is supple and the tannins fill the mouth well, offering a melted texture. The whole is expressed on notes of raspberry liqueur, with still a little firm finish which tends to round off. Served slightly chilled, it accompanies a whole meal, with grilled fish, red meats and cheeses.

Raised in cask, it is a wine with an intense nose with aromas of leather, blond tobacco and spices, with notes of cooked fruit (prunes). Frank attack on the palate, without showing any aggressiveness tannic, with notes of dried fruits, spices and blond tobacco. Balanced palate and good persistence. Goes well with meats, grilled fish and cheeses.

With its intense red color with ruby reflections, the Menetou-Salon Rouge is dominated by notes of red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant ...), bergamot and a smoky note ... The attack is supple and the tannins fill a greedy mouth well, offering a melted texture. This beautiful balance is expressed on fruity notes (raspberry, redcurrant) and a peppery touch, with still a little firm finish which tends to round off.
To drink slightly chilled (12-14 °), with grilled tuna, white meats, pike perch in a salt crust, etc ...

A rosé for summer but not only...

It is a dry, fruity wine with a complex nose: a touch of bergamot and red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry). The fresh palate is voluminous and mineral. Very good length and continuity aromatic with the nose (red fruits, English candy ...). It's a rosé very fond of summer drink it very fresh, with cold meats, white meat or for dessert.
