It is an elegant and complex wine with a beautiful, intense and crunchy length.

For this cuvée, only L'ESSENTIEL was executed to make a fruity Sancerre and the mineral closest to its natural state.
For this 2019 vintage : the intense olfaction offers a first complex nose combining floral, mineral and peppery notes. After aeration, the yellow peach is mixed with the stewed fruits, all spiced up by the spiciness of the citrus fruit (orange). The attack is frank, the palate fleshy and dense. Successive waves of aromas of peaches, then citrus fruits (orange, lemon), with a spicy touch. Good aromatic length and beautiful structure ... Very pleasant to consume with seafood (oysters ...), fish, and Crottin de Chavignol ...

Raised partly in oak barrels, it is a wine that combines the traditionalism of our ancestors and modern oenological knowledge.
A complex vintage offering an intense nose of notes of white flowers (lime blossom, acacia) and ripe exotic fruits (mango). Supple on the attack, the palate is fleshy and crunchy with a nice minerality.
A treat at aperitif, or with fish or white meats in sauce, and Crottin de Chavignol.
